An on-site visit can help when documents, hardware, or software need to stay inside your office. We can discuss who will use the system, the tasks it needs to handle, and what your network allows.
We’re based in Toledo and available for projects across Northwest Ohio, including Sylvania, Perrysburg, Maumee, Bowling Green, Oregon, Findlay, Napoleon. On-site visits are by arrangement; remote projects are welcome.

Can we meet in person?
Yes. We can arrange an on-site conversation in Toledo or the surrounding Northwest Ohio communities. Travel and site-access requirements are agreed when we scope the work.
Do you work outside the region?
Yes. Planning, software development, and many configuration tasks can be done remotely. Hardware installation and on-site work need a separate arrangement.
Can our IT provider be involved?
Yes. We can work with your IT provider on network access, deployment, backups, and responsibility for maintenance.
How do we establish a budget?
Start with the tasks you want the system to handle and the hardware or software you already have. We can scope an assessment, pilot, or build from that conversation. Hardware and ongoing support are identified separately.
