Information you send here is used to respond to your request and discuss a potential project.
What is collected
The form collects your name, email address, project description, and optional budget. A submission identifier and timestamp help prevent duplicates. The server uses an IP address briefly for request limiting; normal web server logs may also record requests.
How it is handled
Inquiries are stored on the Black Swamp AI server and processed using n8n. Notification copies are sent through Google Workspace to our business mailbox for follow-up. Access is limited to the site operator and administrators of the server. Sending a project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
The production website inquiry store retains submissions for up to 90 days. Related email correspondence may be kept longer when needed for follow-up or an agreed project. Contact hello@blackswampai.com to request removal or ask about your information.
What to leave out
Please do not send passwords, API keys, confidential documents, or sensitive customer records through this form. We can agree on a suitable way to share project material later.
