Sync GitHub Markdown docs with StudioCMS pages and taxonomy

This workflow manually syncs a GitHub directory of Markdown/MDX files to StudioCMS by parsing frontmatter, creating missing folders/categories/tags, and then creating, updating, skipping, or drafting pages based on slug comparisons.
